From 11am – 3pm, there will be parmesan cheese demos in each of our departments. Some dishes we will be featuring are parmesan-crusted fish, parmesan pasta salad, and minestrone soup. For a real treat, stay till 3pm and watch us crack open a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano! This event is extra-special because all of our stores-worldwide- will crack a wheel of parm simultaneously. We’re going for a new world record! We will be raffling off 2 gift cards to customers who can answer trivia questions about the King of all Cheeses.
