Now we bring you “Some Like It Hotter,” in which we attempt to bring even more fiery complexity to dishes from all over the world. Join us—if you dare—as cooking instructor John Ochse  shares recipes and techniques for true spicy-food lovers who are ready to really crank up the heat.
