In this 2-hour introductory course, you will learn fundamental tools that will enable you to prepare a hearty meal with only fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and healthy seasonings. It is designed for those wanting to bring more whole raw foods into their diet, as well as seasoned fitness buffs who want to learn new recipes to look and feel their best. You will learn basic techniques of raw-food preparation and work hands-on, as we make nutritious
dishes using only a high-powered blender and food processor and/or dehydrator. We will create an appetizer, a raw salad and dressing, and an entrée.
