Get up close and personal with your food. This Adults Only tour will highlight just how much we know about where our food comes from at Whole Foods Market. Participants will meet our skilled fishmongers, butchers, cheesemongers and wine buyers in a behind the scenes at Whole Foods Market Vienna. Participants will see: how we process the 100+ lb whole fish we receive on a regular basis; watch a skilled butcher break down a whole lamb from a local farmer; taste the "center cut" of a fresh wheel of Parmiggano Reggiano and MORE! Tour is limited to 20 people (ages 13 and up). Cost is a suggested $10 donation to Food For Others, a local charity helping less fortunate members of our community.
