Cooking Class: Rejuvenating Foods
Please join Traci Carpenter, MNT, healthy eating specialist and Matt Hougen, from our Whole Body Team, for an educational cooking class featuring rejuvenating foods and healthy lifestyle tips. Tonight’s class will feature tips on how to apply our 4 healthy eating pillars to your daily life, including tips on shopping, food prep, and recipes. Recipes include: A pre-workout Chia pudding snack and a Healthy Meal consisting of kale avocado salad and warm quinoa.
