Finally, it’s cooling down and we can start warming up with soups. Dr. Furhman says nutrients become more absorbable when cooked in a soup and “the water-soluble nutrients of the soup are not lost because we consume the liquid portion” too. Wow! Delicious AND good for you! I will be making three different soups, all plant-based, low-sodium and dairy-free. Come hungry!
