Join special guest Ezra Bleau & Joan Eckert (Whole Foods Market Healthy Eating Specialist) for a food science cooking class for kids! This class promises to be lots of fun! We will be working with food morphing, reverse spherification, and foaming process using all natural and edible ingredients. Ezra is a chef is our Prepared Foods department and has a love for teaching food science to students of all ages!
