Yoga is so much more than just physical poses that help growing bodies improve strength, flexibility and endurance. Sign up the kids to join the JCC’s very own Yoga Instructor Candace, as she teaches the little Young Yogis (ages 4 -12) the lessons or "petals" behind the poses. The eight petals of yoga encourage self-care, generosity of heart and action, kindness toward others and so much more. Registration requires signed permission slip of parent/legal guardian.
