Ginger Chocolate Sauce
Makes about 2 cups

This chocolaty vegan sauce has a subtle heat from ground ginger. Serve over chocolate cake or with a bowl of fresh fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegan Chocolate Ganache
- 1 cup unsweetened almondmilk
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine ganache, almondmilk, ginger and cinnamon.
Purée until smooth.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
