Horseradish Chile Dipping Sauce

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

Dip grilled shrimp, steamed asparagus or french fries into this sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Alternately, baste chicken breasts with a bit of the sauce just before grilling.

    Ingredients: 
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup chili sauce
    • 1 tablespoon drained bottled horseradish
    • 1 clove clove, pressed through garlic press
    • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

    Method: 

    Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, horseradish, garlic, lime juice, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper, mix well and chill sauce at least 4 hours and up to 3 days before serving.
