Oaxaca-Style Guacamole

Serve this crowd-pleasing dip with chips, quesadillas and tacos. Or enjoy it  as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients: 
  • 4 avocados, mashed
  • 1 lime, Juice of
  • 3 garlic cloves, freshly pressed
  • 5 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced

Method: 

Mix avocado with lime juice and then stir in garlic, onions, cilantro and jalapeños.
