Orange Gremolata

Makes about 1/2 cup

Dress up lamb or beef stews with a sprinkle of this brightly flavored orange, parsley and garlic combo. Steamed cauliflower, broccoli and carrots tossed in a little olive oil and topped with a handful of gremolata is another delicious way to enjoy this easy-to-make condiment.

    Ingredients: 
    • Zest of 2 oranges, finely chopped or grated
    • 2 cups loosely packed flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
    • 1 medium clove garlic, very finely chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning.
