Prosciutto, Blue Cheese and Date Wraps

The combo of creamy blue cheese, sweet dates and salty prosciutto is irresistible.
Ingredients: 
  • 20 Medjool or seasonal dates
  • 1 container Whole Creamery Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 10 thin slices prosciutto, sliced in quarters
  • 365 Everyday Value Balsamic Vinegar
  • 40 toothpicks

Method: 
Pit and halve dates and stuff with blue cheese crumbles. Wrap each date half in a piece of prosciutto. Secure with a toothpick or bamboo skewer. Grill 30 to 45 seconds per side, then drizzle with reduced 365 Everyday Value Balsamic Vinegar (simmer until thick and syrupy).
