Rose and Elderberry Tonic

This fresh mint-infused tonic is equally delicious served hot or cold.
Ingredients: 
  • 2 tea bags rose tea, such as Tulsi Sweet Rose
  • 2 large sprigs fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoons liquid elderberry
  • Ice cubes for serving (optional)

Method: 
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add tea bags and mint. Cover, remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.

Strain into a small bowl, discarding solids, and stir in elderberry. Serve hot, or let cool and serve over ice.
