Tahini Croutons

This multi-purpose mini recipe is great as a topping for vegetable soup or as an addictive game-day snack.
Ingredients: 
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups small cubes Health Starts Here bread

Method: 
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Whisk together tahini, soy sauce, onion powder and 1 tablespoon water. Toss with bread cubes and spread on a parchment-paper-lined large rimmed baking sheet, breaking up pieces that stick together. Bake until crisp, 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool.
