Lavender is one of the most commonly used herbs in aromatherapy, suggested to support an uplifted, yet calm mood. Its name is derived from the Latin verb "to wash," making it a soothing addition to many bath products. Package for gift giving with our downloadable gift tag.
Ingredients
2 cups coarse sea salt
2 cups Epsom salts
8 drops 365 Everyday Value Lavender Essential Oil
5 drops chamomile essential oil
3 drops 365 Everyday Value Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Method
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until oils are evenly distributed throughout. Transfer to a sealed glass jar for storing. When you're ready for relaxation, add 1 cup to a hot bath and enjoy!
