Roquefort Dressing

The perfect accompaniment to fresh field green.
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt (plain)
- 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons reduced-fat buttermilk
- 1/4 cup crumbled roquefort cheese
- fresh-ground pepper, to taste
In a blender or food processor, blend together yogurt with cottage cheese. Add buttermilk and cheese; process till creamy. Season to taste with fresh-ground pepper.
