Prepare cutlets according to package directions. Heat pasta sauce. Brush a 9x13x2-inch baking dish with olive oil and spread half of warm sauce in the bottom. Arrange the cutlets in the baking dish, cover with remaining sauce and cheeses. Preheat broiler and broil until the cheese is melted and golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove and serve immediately with pasta. |
