After a long career in academics, and pursuing a Professional Culinary degree, I worked as a private chef to two wonderful families before joining Whole Foods Market in 2005. I have enormous respect for food and how it is sourced. I am passionate about both the product and the preparation and thoroughly enjoy the privilege of serving as the Culinary Demo Specialist here in Framingham. Customers continually ask me for tips on how to prepare delicious meals. There is no secret to it, and it doesn’t require specialized training. Begin by bringing home the healthiest and most delicious ingredients.Then, trust your palate and put the things you love together! Preparing meals doesn’t need to be tedious, and it certainly doesn’t need to be complicated. Be creative, have fun and celebrate the extraordinary bounty we have available to us.
