Pasta from Scratch

 

(Please register directly with Vom Fass - 608.204.0300) In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make, roll, and form fresh pasta dough into fettuccini, ravioli and tortellini. We'll make a quick sauce or two and enjoy delicious made-from-scratch pasta!  Don't forget to wear clothes that can handle a little dusting of flour.
