Rustic Italian Cooking: Grilled Pizza with Francesca Giarraffa

It's here! Time to think about pulling out your backyard grill and creating a truly memorable event for your family and friends! Let our "seasoned" culinary instructor, Francesca, help you plan an amazing Italian meal featuring homemade pizza dough topped three ways: prosciutto, arugula and shaved parmigiano; grilled asparagus, fontina and parmigiano; roasted eggplant, mozzarella, parmigiano and basil. Pizzas will be served with mixed green salad and fresh fruit. The class is primarily demonstration format. This class is held in the Cooking and Lifestyles Classroom at Whole Foods Market, 3135 Washtenaw Ave., in Ann Arbor. Students may register on-line through www.wccnet.edu
