Whole Foods Market Madison is proud to announce our partnership with The Unity Charter School in Morristown.  We have chosen The Unity Charter School to be the recipient of our SMALL CHANGE ADDS UP! 

A little change goes a long way. Did you know that Whole Foods Market offers a small change program? Donate your reusable bag refund money and help support THE UNITY CHARTER SCHOOL:  Now through December 2009.  Believe it or not our SMALL CHANGE REALLY DOES ADD UP! Thank-you for remembering to use your reusable bag and double Thank-you for donating your refund.

Whole Foods Market Madison strives to be an active, supportive member of our community. We welcome donation requests from non-profit groups who work to improve our local community or the environment. We especially seek to support environmental and educational associations, as well as groups working for hunger relief and sustainable agriculture.

To request a donation, you can visit our Customer Service booth or download our Donation Request Form. You must submit this completed form with a formal letter of request and a copy of your organization's 501(c)3 form stating your tax-exempt status from the IRS. All donation requests must be received 30 days in advance of the date needed and must have the appropriate forms to be considered.

Our Community 5% Days are another meaningful way we give back to our community. On designated days throughout the year a total of 5% of the day's net sales are donated to local non-profit organizations. Customers help support our selected organizations just by shopping on these 5% Days.
