  Stop by the smoke stack every weekend to enjoy samples from our esteemed Meat, Seafood, & Produce departments. Enjoy the local tunes from Albuquerque's finest bands every weekend, and vote for your favorite band! The best bands will perform during our "I'm A Local" Road Tour event on August 15th.

  5% Community Day

  10 am - 6 pm Free

  Join Whole Foods Market - Academy as we bolster our communitie's economic development. Our 5% COmmunity Day recipient is the South Valley Economic Development Center. The donated funds will be used to provide small business loans to new entrepreneurs. The SVEDC provides an organic-certified kitchen for production of food. We are hoping to fund the next great Local vendor for New Mexico. Join us as we welcome the SVEDC into our store, and shop with us to provide their cuase will ample funds!

  4th of July Celebration

  10 am - 6 pm Free

  Join us as we grill delicious foods all day long in celebration of our Nation's Independence. Smaples will be abundant throughout the store, and balloons will be available for all kids! IT should be a greta time to sample delicious foods, gain cooking tips, and try those tips out at home.

  Warehouse 580 partnership

  6:30 pm - 10:30 pm TBD

  Join us at Warehouse 580 on on Civic Plaza as we raise awareness and funds for Albuquerque's youth. The new Albuquerque youth center is held in conjunciton with YDI, and we will be enjoying the festive amosphere and passing our Whole Foods Market kombucha. Join us in this cool event.   I'm a Local: Store Spotlight

  10 am - 4 pm Free

  Join us here at Whole Foods Market - Academy for a meet and greet with your favorite local vendors. Learn about their newest product, taste the delicious fare, and take their product home. This is the perfect buildup to our Local Artisan Road Tour in August.

  We will also be grilling outside, and we'll have a full collection of samples, demos, and local products on display throughout the store. Please stop by our store, taste the samples, shop for high quality goodness, and enjoy your visit to Whole Foods Market.

  Breast Cancer Support (People Living Through Cancer)

  5 - 6:30 pm Free

  Join local organization, People Living Through Cancer, as they bring compassionate cancer survivor support groups to Whole Foods Market. PLTC currently sponsors many different peer support groups for cancer survivors, their family members and friends. There is no fee for attending support Groups.

  PLTC support groups are peer support groups. They are led by trained and compassionate facilitators who volunteer their time. Our facilitators have had some personal experience with cancer, have attended over 24 hours of specialized training, and want to contribute their time, energy and love to a community of people experiencing cancer in their lives.
