Frances Vavloukis

Chef Frances Vavloukis is the Culinary Center Specialist at Whole Foods Market in Annapolis, Md.

Upon graduation from high school, Frances enrolled at Longwood College, where she pursued a degree in Business Administration and where she developed her passion for fitness by joining the synchronized swimming team.

Frances is the proud --and busy-- mother of four children‹three girls and one boy.  Frances attended classes at the Philadelphia Culinary Institute, as a professional pastry chef. Frances also worked on the sales and marketing team at prestigious Ridgewell Caterers of Washington DC and Philadelphia.

In 2002, she formed her own company, Organically Scrumptious, a cooking school and organic bakery. In 2004, Frances and her family returned to their home in Annapolis, Maryland where they currently live. Frances is a local icon: she is a fitness instructor, personal trainer and nutritional consultant, owner of Organically Scrumptious, Culinary Center Specialist at Whole Foods Market and a fixture in the local Greek community.
