Student Volunteer Kitchen Program
Are you an aspiring foodie? Want to help the chefs prep and be an integral part of the cooking class? Expand your culinary horizons through our Student Volunteer Kitchen Program. We welcome all ages!
As a Student Volunteer you will learn the most up-to-date recipes, plating techniques, and flavor profiles being used in the Culinary field today. New information on topics like brining, micro greens, tapas menus will be taught in the Culinary Center. Each class with include a broad base of culinary skills, from basic cold food preparations to roasting, poaching, simmering, and sauteing meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and legumes. What a great way to learn and have fun!

Sunday, May 10, 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
Sunday, May 17, 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
We welcome anyone with an interest in learning, meeting people, and assisting in the kitchen. It’s easy – attend this orientation class and get started. After four classes, you’ll receive a credit for a free class of your choice!
Space is limited; registration for orientation is required.
