Where Ya Rack? encourages cycling as an environmentally friendly and healthy transportation option with unique and secure bicycle parking throughout New Orleans. The Young Leadership Council is a non-profit, non-partisan civic association founded to develop leadership through community activities with over 1,400 volunteers ages 21 to 42 making New Orleans a better place to live, work and play.

Kids' Cooking Camp
9am - 1 pm $100 per child | Details
Want to learn how to cook? The basics and more will be taught at the Whole Foods Market Kids' Cooking Camp. Each day the students will receive a recipe and discuss the recipe in depth including cooking techniques and ingredients. Next, they will compile a shopping list and shop Whole Foods Market for ingredients, then return to the Community Room Kitchen where they will prepare the recipe of the day. Each day the kids will take home their culinary creations to enjoy with family and friends. In addition, there will be demonstrations from the department specialists in the store including how to make fresh mozzarella, pizza dough tossing, and cupcake decorating.

Celebrate Dad by entering "Why my Dad's a Whole Foodie" essay contest. Tell us why your Dad loves Whole Foods, what his favorite food is or what he likes to cook from Whole Foods. Entries accepted through June 18th and can left at the Guest Services desk. Winners will be announced on Saturday, June 20th at 2 pm.Monday - Friday, June 8th - 12th
