BRAVE HEART - CHILDREN IN NEED TOY DRIVE!

The Whole Foods Market Baton Rouge Team Members encourage you to participate in the Brave Heart - Children in Need Toy Drive through November 21st! A collection container is at the front of the store and the toys will be distributed to children in need for the holidays.

Founded in 2004 and serving 37 parishes, Brave Heart is focused on improving the quality of life for children who are experiencing the emotional trauma of being removed from their homes due to abuse and/or neglect. They have several programs in place that offer hope, encouragement, and comfort to children and give them tools to build self-confidence and teach accountability of ownership. More information is available at www.braveheartchildren.org.

  • The grand prize winner of the contest will receive a Friends of the Baton Rouge Zoo family membership, plush rhino, a $50 gift certificate from Whole Foods Market and a behind-the-scenes tour to meet baby and mom with their keepers. The grand prize winner (or a representative) must be available for the announcement at the Zoo's Santa Safari event December 5.
  • Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Baton Rouge Zoo and its contest sponsors are not eligible to win the naming contests.
