Community Giving
At Whole Foods Market Bedford, we are active participants in our community. We are extremely proud of our community involvement and the relationships that we continue to make each month! We strive to make a difference.
Our Community 5% Days are one meaningful way we give back to our community. On designated days throughout the year a total of 5% of the day's net sales are donated to local non-profit organizations. Customers help support our selected organizations just by shopping on these 5% Days. Some recent recipients have been; Kid's Cooking Green, Bedford Education Foundation, Habitat For Humanity, Massachusetts Advocates for Children, Sudbury Valley Trusties, and The Wellness Community-Greater Boston
Coupons at Checkout We offer our customers coupons at checkout enabling them to support selected agencies each month. Some of the groups which have benefited from this program are: Minuteman National Park, Veterans Business Owners Initiative, GWEN, Project Bread, Boston Living Center, MSPCA, AIDS Action Committee, The Farm School, NOFA, Pine Street Inn, Share Our Strength's Operation Frontline, and the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition.
