One Thanksgiving I, Chef Joy, taught a Korean exchange student how to make mashed potatoes.&nbsp; She thought it was the strangest thing.&nbsp; She taught me back a Korean BBQ Sauce that I use to this day.&nbsp; That started me on a food exchange journey that I'd like to bring to Salud!&nbsp; We'll also add in some American culture and discuss how and why our traditional foods got started.&nbsp;&nbsp; If I teach you, will you teach me?&nbsp; Great class for beginning American cooks too.&nbsp; On the Menu with Wine Pairings:
