"Eat on Purpose" Tour of Whole Foods Market Bellingham
9 a.m. by appointment
Join Tracy Harrisson, a health and wellness counselor, and owner of Purpose (www.purpose.us.com ). Tracy's goal is to help people to "eat on purpose". Most of her clients are successful, driven professionals who have de-prioritized their health and wellness in pursuit of career goals. To support them, she offers individual counseling, group classes, nutrition/cooking demonstrations, small-scale catering, and corporate workshops. In becoming more conscious about their food selections, many of them are overwhelmed and confused about the options. Taking them through Whole Foods with suggestions and encouragement helps to make them comfortable with what's available.
Tracy will answer questions about specific products and help them see how they can shop at WFM affordably. At the end of this informative tour, samples will be offered throughout the store.

The students have graciously agreed to perform segments of the Nutcracker here in our store on the evening of the 30th between 7 and 9 p.m.
