Have a list but no time? Unexpected dinner guests? Drop-in relatives? You don't have to sacrifice your precious time and energy for quality organic food! The Pearl Street Boulder Concierge Team will shop for you and have your groceries ready for you at your specified time. You can pick up your pre-paid order in-store, curb-side, or for an additional fee, we can arrange delivery to your home or office. We take the time to learn about what foods you like, any dietary concerns, allergies and brand preferences. We can plan a personalized weekly shop based upon your preferences. This is a perfect service for busy moms and dads; or a great gift to send to a new mom or a sick friend or relative.
Kitchen Stocking For Home, Office Or Students Away From Home
Have no time to think about groceries? Working on a deadline and starving? Dreading the unhealthy take-out and sick of subs? Our Concierge team provides local offices with fully stocked kitchens. Let us supply your break room or dorm room with everything healthy from yogurt, energy bars, fresh fruit, organic popcorn, prepared salads, beverages and freshly sliced lunchmeats. No more drive-thru or deliveries for your hungry students that make them feel sleepy and unfocused. We offer daily and weekly shops or the ultimate meal on the fly — sushi, salmon, vegetarian entrees all in the same order for the same meal!
We've prepared several selections of pantry basics for you to choose from. The base of any quick meal is a well stocked pantry. Having ingredients on-hand that are shelf stable can provide an amazing meal right out of the pantry. We'll stock your pantry with grains, pastas, spices and marinades that provide instant creativity and worldly flavors - all at your fingertips!

During your pregnancy there are a few things that might stress you out, but eating shouldn't be one of them. Let us help dispel the rumors and clarify the myths about foods taht are healthy during pregnancy and those to steer clear of. Dani Little, our Wellness Educator and Registered Dietetian, will walk you through the store discussing specific foods to support each trimester of pregnancy and put you on track for a healthy, positive pregnancy. Healthy Holiday Eating Lecture (at Cafe of Life)

Join Whole Foods Market's Health Educator, Dani Little for this lecture at the Cafe of Life. There will be a 45 minute lecture followed by a tour of Whole Foods Market.Food is an important part of many holidays, celebrations, family and cultural traditions. In fact, special occasions often center around food. As a result, many people gain a little (or a lot of) weight between Thanksgiving and the New Year. What's to blame? Perhaps it's all the tempting treats available during the holiday season or the pressure from family, friends, and co-workers to overeat. Maybe it's the increased emotional eating (whether it be from holiday stress or holiday joy) or the extreme laxity with eating and physical activity regimens in anticipation for the strict "new diet and exercise plan" you're planning to start January 1st. Regardless of the reasons, it is not necessary to avoid holiday festivities in an attempt to maintain your great health through the holiday's.
Learn the facts about your favorite holiday dishes and get delicious, healthy holiday recipe's. Tour guests will get a free reusable bag and the opportunity to taste some delicious food at Whole Foods Market.
