- Indian Fruit Salad- Fresh seasonal fruits in simple syrup infused with cinnamon and cloves, a sprinkle of rose water and garnished with toasted coconut.
- Poached Pear Sorbet - A delicious dessert that takes a fine winter classic and gives it a twist. Pears poached in a syrup of vanilla and lemon pureed, then churned into a silky sorbet.

Chris will cover standard pantry items and show you how to create a delicious and quick meal from items on hand. He will do just that during this class. If you are diabetic or know anyone who is, then this class is for you. Keeping with a low sugar diet and eating for the day, Korrie will discuss the glycemic index, how it works and the difference between high and low glycemic foods. She'll show you several diabetic friendly foods such as including mac n' cheese, banana bread, lean BBQ pork and more. - End of Summer Quick and Elegant Entertaining with Ducktrap River

Are you familiar with Ducktrap River of Maine? They produce superb smoked seafood and have been for over 30 years. Adhering to Whole Foods' strict quality standards, nothing is added, just brine, herbs, evaporated natural cane juice, and spices in combination with the savory smoke of northern fruit and hardwoods. This class will introduce you to a variety of smoked seafood and stylish hors' d oeuvres, salads and main dishes, and, you'll get to enjoy one or two of each in class.

To cancel a class please contact Customer Service at 916.488.2800. Seven days notice is appreciated, but a full refund will be credited if you cancel within 48 hours prior to the day of the class. Any cancellations left on the Salud! e-mail or faxed into the store will not be honored.
