This year marks our 10th Anniversary of Bouquet for the Cure. We are very proud to have sold over 275,000 bouquets, raising over $750,000 for breast cancer research and education during the past ten years. Embark upon a guided tour through our market to learn about the tropical fruits and exotic vegetables, ask questions about the preparation of seafood and meat items, try some new cheeses or some of the unusual items from our grocery aisles. Jan will offer her insight to help with your culinary questions. In addition, we'll provide a free DVD copy of Best of Whole Foods Market's Secret Ingredient. This DVD is yours to keep and consult as a great cooking tool.

Garden Party Flowers

Learn some simple ways to combine the plants and flowers available in our store to enhance your home. Carol will lead you in choosing plants to group and transplant into a basket. Learn the basics of designing bouquets, transforming the ordinary into an extraordinary floral arrangement. All flowers and equipment will be provided, but feel free to pack your garden gloves. A snack will be provided to feed your creativity.

Cheese Plate Pairings: Italy

Enjoy the first of our new monthly class offerings where we'll pair of wines with regional cheeses. Each month we'll build a cheese board and talk about the methods of production influencing each cheese selection. Learn to compliment the features of cheeses to a variety of wines. Three selections of cheese ranging from mild to strong, full flavors will be enjoyed with three pours of wine native to Italy. Dana will arm you with information that will help you achieve confidence in selecting items from our Specialty department for your entertaining needs.

Seasonal Teas

With Jeff Lambardi, Whole Foods Market's Coffee and Tea Specialist
Learn to use the refreshing flavors of Rishi Teas to brew up delicious Summertime drinks. Jeff will explain the growing and processing of teas while you sample some very special blends and tea beverages. You'll go home with the recipes to replicate these beverages for your tea time.

Registration
To sign up for a class or to receive more information, contact Customer Service at 614-760-5556. Payment must be received in order to enroll and save your spot in the class. If a class has insufficient enrollment, it will be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start of the class. We will contact you by phone regarding cancellation. A full refund will be given for a cancelled class.

Cancellations
To cancel your spot in a class, contact Customer Service at 614-760-5556. A full refund will be credited if you cancel 48 hours prior to the start of the class. We require at least 2 days notice of cancellation in order to contact others on the waiting list; otherwise we cannot refund or transfer it to a future class.

Attending a Class
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow for check in and a prompt start. All classes include generous tastings of each menu item, beverages and a recipe packet. If you are attending a hands-on class, please wear closed toe shoes.
