Hands-on Classes

  Kitchen Bootcamp Series (New dates!! Spaces still available! )

  6:15-9:30 p.m. $60/class or $325 for the 6-week series

  (hands-on, full meal, registration required)
  For students interested in an intense culinary experience, our Kitchen Bootcamp Series offers more in-depth hands-on instruction over a period of 6 weeks. Each class in this series will focus on specific essential cooking methods that will be applied to a variety of delicious and impressive dishes.  Students will move beyond recipes and learn fundamental techniques to build a foundation of invaluable culinary knowledge.  Our Kitchen Bootcamp is ideal for all skill levels, from kitchen novices to more advanced cooks that are looking to get back to basics and strengthen the foundation of their culinary repertoire.  Participants in all 6 classes in this series will receive an apron and a binder with all recipes and hand-outs.  All participants must wear flat, closed-toe shoes.  For more information or to register for the series, please contact Chef Dawn Dlugosz at anewdawnchef@gmail.com or 847-205-5353 Ext. 222.

  Ladies, grab your friends and come down to A New Dawn cooking school at Whole Foods Market-Northbrook for Ladies Night Out! This month's dinner will celebrate all of the fresh, local, seasonal ingredients the Midwest has to offer. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to share food, wine, and fun with the girls! Menu will be determined 24 hours in advance based on the availability of local, seasonal ingredients.

Family and Kids classes

  Pumpkin Carving Open House (hands-on, taste portions, No registration required)

  5:00-6:30 p.m. $20 per pumpkin

  All ages with parent (limit 2 children/adult)We'll provide the pumpkin, the tools, and tips to carve your spooky Jack-o-lantern together. Best of all, we'll clean up the mess! Nosh on Halloween treats and cider while you work. Stick around and show off your creepy creation at our lighting ceremony at 7:00 p.m.

Tastings/Events at the "C2" Culinary Center

  Each Friday, Chef Isabel and our wine experts will guide you through a 5-course wine and food tasting menu. Seatings are first come, first served, and do not require registration. Each seating will last about 25 minutes. Last seating starts at 7:30 p.m. (taste portions, wine included)
