  With Thanksgiving a few weeks off, Turkey will be gracing tables all over Redmond! To get you ready, we’re going to make Turkey pot pie – completely from scratch.  This recipe is easy, comes together quickly and most importantly is quite delicious!

  Wine Master Class: Champagne and Sparkling Wines for the New Year

  6:00pm $15

  When toasting in the New Year, champagne is the standard.  While that once was true, there are a number of excellent and lesser known sparkling wines that will delight your senses and expand your horizons.  Tonight join us for a tasting that will cover the ground from France to Australia with bubbles at every turn.  Prosecco, Cremant, Cava are on the menu along with Champagne and domestic sparkling wine.  Learn about the champagne method and why Champagne is a protected term not applicable to product produced outside a particular region in France

  Cancer Lifeline Cooking Class: Healthy Holiday Side Dishes

  2:00pm Free, registration required

  Join Jennifer Adler, MS, CN for this informative cooking class and learn to make holiday meals that are tasty and healthy. You will learn how to make Roasted Beets with Horseradish Cream, Velvety Spiced Kale, Wild Rice with Emerald City Salad, and delicious Pecan Date Bon Bon Balls. These dishes are all sure to be crowd pleasers at any holiday event.  This class is offered as part of Cancer Lifeline at Evergreen Hospital Medical Center in collaboration with Redmond Whole Foods.

To Register for a Class
Please contact Customer Service at 425.881.2600 ext 3 and ask to register for a class in Salud!

Sold Out Classes
To be added to the waiting list for a sold out class, call 425.881-2600 ext. 0 and specify the class, date and number of students to be added to the waiting list.

Cancellations
To cancel a class, please contact Customer Service at 425.881.2600 ext. 3 and let them know the date and name of the class you wish to cancel. Seven days notice is appreciated, but a full refund can be credited if you cancel within 48 hours of the class; cancellations within 24 hours, will not be honored.

If a class has an insufficient number of participants, it will be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start of the class. You will be contacted by phone regarding the cancellation. You will receive a full credit or refund for the class.

Classes are limited to 15 registered students. Classes for Children are limited to 10 children, with parental supervision required. For children’s classes, ages allowed will vary depending on the type of the class and any age requirements will appear in the calendar listing.
