The Zoo will host Breakfast with Santa in the Wildlife Interpretive Gallery on December 6, 13, and 20 from 8:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. This buffet style waffle breakfast includes a special gift for each child, photo opportunities, and a visit from Santa and a few of his wildlife friends. Whole Foods Market Community Support Day-to benefit Spoons Across America

On Wednesday, January 14th the Metro Detroit Whole Foods Market locations in Troy, West Bloomfield and Rochester Hills will be supporting Spoons Across America® with a Community Support Day. On this day, 5% of the three stores' combined net sales will be donated to Spoons Across America, a not for profit organization that develops and supports food and nutrition-based educational programs for children. The Berkley School District is working with Spoons Across America to launch The Dinner Party Project®, a pilot program at Anderson Middle School starting in 2009. Please come to one of these Whole Foods Market stores on Wednesday, January 14th and show your support for Spoons Across America and Anderson Middle School.
