Sign up for Capitol Hill events at our customer service desk or by calling 303-832-7701. 

Join us on the first Saturday of every month at 2pm for our Kids Club events.  Hazel provides crafts, food and fun for kids of all ages.  Over the summer we will be eating snacks and making crafts that feature great local products.

Having a lazy Saturday morning?  Then come into our cafe on Saturday between 7:30am and 11am for a made to order omlete from our omlete station.  Enjoy a fresh made omlete in our newly remodled cafe while you relax on our new couch and cruise the web on our free WiFi.

Sunday is the day to grill and as long as the weather is cooperating we will grill every Sunday from 12pm-8pm.  So if you have a hankering for some good old fashioned burgers and brats (vegetarian options always available) then come on down to the parking lot at the Captiol Hill Whole Foods Market.

  Gardenburger Mobile Cafe

  1pm-5pm Free!!!

  Gardenburger's bio diesel van will be here doing cooking demonstrations using the fresh ingredients from our store as well as their great products.  They will have a garden center with great garden ideas, recipes for fantastic vegetarian meals and samples for all.

  Denver Municipal Animal Shelter Adoption Event

  3pm-6pm free to pet, costs to adopt are below

  We will be welcoming the Denver Municipal Shelter to Capitol Hill.  They will have dogs and cats that are available for adoption.  Adoption rates are $87 for a cat which includes a spay or neuter and $98.75 which also includes the spay or neuter.  Come see some of Denver's furry friends that need a home.

  Community Giving Day benefitting Bands for Lands

  All Day Free!!!!

  Shop with us all day and know that 5% of what you pay for your groceries will be donated to Bands for Lands.  Bands for Lands is a Colorado based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, social purpose organization that is dedicated to communicating the message and practice of sustainability, conservation and social responsibility through the mediums of live music, the visual arts, inspirational speakers, educators and activists.

  Local Product Demo Fair

  2pm-6pm Free!!!

  The store and parking lot will be full of local vendors who want to share what they do with you.  Enjoy free samples and talk to the local folks that create some of Colorado's best and freshest foods.  Enjoy a local meal and local music as well.

• Thursday, July 30th

  Gluten Free Tour and Class

  6:30pm-8pm Free!!!

  Lucor and Erika will take you through the store to show you all the best in Gluten Free products.  Learn about and taste many of the great Gluten Alternative products that are out there.  We will also be talking about the non food items that contain Gluten.  Learn what supplement and body care items contain Gluten and how to avoid them.  Please sign up for this class in advance at the customer service desk.
