Take a load off! Join us on the patio for cheap sandwiches, appetizers and other grillables along with beer specials and more! Live entertainment on select dates! Pssst...we hate being wet or sweaty so Happy Hour on the Patio is cancelled when it's raining or when it's over 95 degrees.

Join us every Friday for a bit of grown up play-time, as we prepare wine pairings with a complimentary culinary delight. Purchase your all access punch card at the door. Reuse your Whole Foods Market Five After Five Glass from previous weeks and receive $1 off admission!

We can cook anything! And we'll show you how, provide recipes and tips and even give you a delicious sample too.

Saturdays in July: Sushi Happy Hour

In the Main Café, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Chose from cooked, raw or veggie rolls. Pick and chose from all of your favorites to build a delicious combo! Combos are a steal at $4.50 for 6 pieces or $7 for 12 pieces.

Sundays: Giving Grill Sunday

Every Sunday    12:00 - 4:00 p.m.

    We're mixing it up this summer with a full two hour block for Half Pints; drop in and out as your schedule permits! Come to the kids' café to play carnival games while you learn fun nutritional facts, take home samples, and win some prizes! Remember, we begin at 2:00 p.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. Parents are asked to stay with their children during the program.

    Farm Tour: Northridge Organic Farm

    2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Free

    4211 Van Fossen Road, Johnstown, OH

    Join Mike and Laura Laughlin at their family farm to see firsthand how they are working to meet the growing demand for healthy, wholesome and delicious locally grown foods. The Laughlins have owned and operated Northridge Organic Farm for 15 years and have been certified organic producers for 21 years. Mike and Laura, along with three full-time seasonal employees, manage 35 acres in specialty crop production and pasture-raised lamb. Northridge Organic Farm is known throughout central Ohio for its certified organic lamb, as well as a variety of heirloom tomatoes, potatoes, and many unusual varieties of vegetables. The Laughlins have successfully integrated livestock and vegetable production. This integrated approach has allowed them to diversify their range of products for sale and allowed them to integrate perennial forage production into their vegetable crop rotation. Their products are available at most natural food stores throughout central Ohio and are also available through a number of local farmers' markets and gourmet restaurants.

    This tour is co-sponsored by Columbus area Whole Foods Markets. Whole Foods Market is dedicated to selling the highest quality natural and organic products available, and features Northridge Organic Farms in its central Ohio stores. During the tour, folks from the Whole Foods Market team will talk about the store's efforts to sell locally produced foods.

    Cooking Up a Story: Tops & Bottoms

    1:00pm-1:45 p.m., Grades 1-3 and 2:30-4:00 p.m., Grades 4-7 $5, Registration Required

    Literature inspires the best in us so why not stop by for a story and learn to whip up a snack mentioned in the story. We will enjoy a sample of the products with the story and each child will work to make a product to share at home. Parents are encouraged to stay and partner with younger children as they bake carrot spice cake; older children are making homemade summer berry muffins!  Recipes are age appropriate. Space is limited so hurry to sign up.

    Be a Hometown Hero Blood Drive

    1:00 - 7:00 p.m. Free, Actually we'll give you $5 when you donate!

    Come to give blood at the Red Cross blood drive and lend a hand to your neighbors in our community. Your donation can save up to three lives making you a hometown hero. You can give knowing you're making the difference of a lifetime to patients undergoing surgeries and cancer treatments. Show pride for your community by giving your neighbors the gift of life. A $5 Whole Foods Market gift card will be provided to every donor.

Registration and Payment Policies

Class Sign-Up: To sign up for a class or to receive more information, contact Customer Service at 614-760-5556. To guarantee your place in a class, payment, registration and student waiver must be received when you enroll. If a class has insufficient enrollment number, it will be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start of the class. We will contact you by phone regarding cancellation. You will receive a full refund.

Cancellations: To cancel your class registration please contact Customer Service. A full refund will be credited if you cancel 48 hours prior to the start of the class. 

Children Attending Adult Classes: For the enjoyment of all class attendees, we kindly ask that only children age 12 years and older attend adult classes. We’re excited to have younger children participate in age-appropriate classes available on our calendar.
