Chef Steve, a Culinary Institute of America-trained professional chef with his own heart disease-related lifestyle modification experience involving a 70 pound weight loss and a recently completed degree in Medical Dietetics from OSU will very briefly share some of his personal experience and moderate a group discussion.  This is time for people that are personally involved with a lifestyle modification to share in a confidential environment with other people trying to lose weight and control illnesses with diet.  No specific diets or protocols will be discussed in detail; rather we will concentrate on obstacles and difficulties that we all share and gain hope and inspiration from each others' successes.  If you are presently, have been, or are even thinking about doing a lifestyle modification to lose weight or control an illness you are welcome to come join us!  The group will be moderated loosely along the lines of a 12-step program; curiosity seekers or those seeking to sell their own services/products who are not personally invited by the moderator will be politely asked to leave so that the participants can share among others like themselves. Come ready to share with others going through the same things as you...see you there!
