Bakery

Our hearth-baked breads, baguettes and focaccias are organic and made in-house; in our self-serve area you'll find the best bagels and pastries in the city. Pay special attention to our cake case and chocolate enrobing station: delicate, hand-dipped marshmallows, pretzels and fruit abound; fresh, seasonal fruit tarts and hand-decorated cakes dazzle, while the chilled pastry table features the most beautiful, petite portions of mousses, tarts, and cream-filled wonders. Handmade, upscale candies from Christopher Norman are available for purchase by the pound and gifts by chocolatier Jacques Torres make the perfect gift! Welcome to our Specialty Department, where even the choosiest foodie can happily fulfill their shopping needs. Hundreds of varieties of cheeses — imported, local, hard, soft, cow, goat, sheep, even cheese made from Yak milk — are beautifully displayed, all ready to sample upon request. Fresh local pasta and sauces, and other imported European delicacies can be found in the refrigerated section, while the olive bar features several different types of olives, cornichons, capers, roasted peppers and other Mediterranean delicacies in bulk. Coffee & Tea

Find a selection of fresh-brewed coffee, or tea of choice, available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, or, take it home in a bag. We roast our own coffee beans daily, and feature a huge selection of high-quality, fair trade, shade-grown and organic coffees from around the world. Our loose tea selection is equally impressive — green, black and oolong teas, in addition to herbal tisanes, are pre-packaged loose and ready to take home. Accessories like strainers, tea bags and tea pots are also available. And here's a hint about our Coffee & Tea department: you won't find normal tea bags here. Tea and bags, yes. Pour over the enormous selection of the finest milk, yogurt, butter and meat alternatives in our dairy aisle — all free of antibiotics and growth hormones! Stroll through a seemingly endless supply of frozen foods, from dinners, desserts and pizza, to organic baby foods, sprouted breads and our Private Label 365 and 365 Organic vegetables. Meat & Poultry

Our Columbus Circle meat department is home to the highest quality antibiotic-free and hormone-free meat and poultry the city has to offer. We sell only the finest from our all-natural vendors including chicken, pork, veal, beef, buffalo, ostrich, and lamb, in addition to an utterly mind-boggling selection of handmade sausages, all made fresh, in house. We also feature a selection of dry-aged steaks in a separate cooler, as well as frozen meat, kosher poultry and a whole line of ready-to-cook kebabs, roulades and more!

Prepared Foods

Probably the most impressive department in the Columbus Circle store, our Prepared Foods department features the freshest, tastiest choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the morning, you could start with a hot egg and cheese sandwich, pancakes with cheese grits and bacon, or simply a yogurt and granola parfait. For lunch and dinner, you could choose from our three ethnic food hot bars (Asian, Latin and Indian), our two fresh salad bars, or among hundreds of choices from the sushi bar, pizza oven, charcuterie case, rotisserie or the pre-packaged area with sandwiches, salads and everything for the diner on the go.
