Community Giving

Whole Foods Market is excited to announce our Small Change Adds Up Charitable program! Bring your reusable bag and receive 10 cents off your purchase or donate your 10 cents to benefit the North Shore Land Alliance. The North Shore Land Alliance is a land trust formed to protect and preserve, the green spaces, wetlands and historical sites of long Island’s North Shore for the enjoyment and benefit of future generations. So, remember to bring your reusable bags, because small change adds up and gives way to change in our local community and global landscape. Thank you for your donation and for shopping with Whole Foods Market.

At Whole Foods Market Manhasset, we are active participants in our community. We are extremely proud of our community involvement and the relationships that we continue to make each month! We strive to make a difference.

Our Community 5% Days are one meaningful way we give back to our community. On designated days throughout the year a total of 5% of the day's net sales are donated to local non-profit organizations. Customers help support our selected organizations just by shopping on these 5% Days.

Our last 5% Day raised $4,110.25 for The Art Guild of Port Washington. Our next 5% Day will take place on November 12th to benefit Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture (http://www.stonebarnscenter.org/) .  The funds raised will be used to support their education programs.

If you would like to be considered for one of our 5% Days, please send a proposal and a copy of your group’s 501(c)3 form to:
