  Healthy Lunch Alternatives Cooking Class

  We are switching things up to kick off the new month!  We are testing out some new classes here at Whole Foods Market Coral Gables and thought a lunch time class would be perfect for those of you looking for healthy alternatives for lunch! Join Loren, our healthy eating expert as she shows us some delicious and easy recipes for lunch!

  Friday Night Wine Lounge

  6:30 - 8:30 pm

  Join us we unwind and get into the Valentines Day mood!  The evening will be set by the relaxing atmosphere and sounds on the outside patio as some of our favorite wine vendors serve up samples of their best Valentines day wines; all sure to wow your someone special! This event is free and all are welcome! Please note: samples sizes of the wines will be served.Enjoy the musical sounds of Patrick Lopez throughout the evening

  Salsa Night with Salsa Mia

  7:30 pm in the Cafe, Class begins at 8:00 pm

  Looking for a fun alternative to exercise? A new outlet for your weekly work or school load? Or just a new way to meet people? Well look no further! Whole Foods Market is partnering with Salsa Mia for a series of salsa lessons! Instructors will be on hand conducing lesions for all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced! Come alone or bring your group of friends for an all around fun evening! Light refreshments and snacks will be served during the pre-salsa mingle!

  **Bottle Signing in the Wine Department from 5:00-6:00pm -open to the public.

  Join us for a very special event featuring Chuck Wagner owner of the legendary wines of Caymus.  The evening will start with a "Meet and Greet" reception featuring the "puzzling", but delicious Conundrum followed by an amazing 4 course dinner with each course paired with one his award winning wines; Soleil Chardonnay 2007, Mer Soleil Silver Unoaked Chardonnay 2007, Caymus Napa Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, Meiomi Pinot Noir Vintage 2008, and Caymus Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon 2007.   Whole Body and Wellness Fair

  1:00 - 4:00 pm

  Most people made their resolutions and have already broken them, right? Well, look no further for your answers on getting back on track!  Join our Whole Body team and a bevy of vendors as they discuss and sample some of the department's best products and practices! Dr. Ray Page, our local chiropractor will also be on hand conducting stress and nervous system evaluations, using the latest technology in his field.  My Massage Corner will also be giving free 5 minute chair massages within the department!

  The Cracking of the Parm

  3:00 pm in the Specialty Department

  The crack is back! Join us in the specialty department as we crack a whole wheel of parmigiano reggiano using the traditional method and tools...no knives or cheese wires allowed!!  Some may remember a few years ago when all of our stores cracked a wheel of parm at the same time in an attempt to break the world record...well this time, we aren't going for the record; we are just out to have a good time! Will the king and queen of parm return for this year's event? You'll have to stop by to find out!
