Rows and rows of natural, gourmet, organic foods abound on our shelves, Customers will find everything from organic juices, pasta sauces, chips, sodas and baby food to conventional and organic product in our bulk section. We also carry everyday staples like breakfast cereal, olive oil, peanut and almond butter and, yes, even pet supplies.

Meat & Poultry

Our meat and poultry products are perfectly natural-no use of growth hormones, growth implants or animal by-products in their feed. From Bell and Evans chicken, turkey and sausages to Myer Angus and Green Circle meats we carry only the highest quality products available.

Prepared Foods

Too busy to cook? Looking for an alternative place for lunch? Look no further. Our Prepared Foods Department features a salad bar, soup bar, fresh sushi, wraps, sandwiches and hot meals to go! We also have a variety of prepared foods to please all diets.

Produce

As you walk into our store, the first thing you see is our amazing produce department. Our eye-catching stacks of fresh fruits and vegetables line the walls and bins. As you will see, we are very committed to organic produce and our produce team strives to find the very best in both organic and conventional produce. Don't hesitate to ask for a sample!

Seafood

Fish is brought fresh (not frozen) to our store six times a week from local merchants and from Pigeon Cove, our very own seafood facility and processing plant on the waterfront in Gloucester, Massachusetts. From whole and filleted fish like salmon, mahi mahi, yellow tail snapper and tuna to the seasonally offered stone crabs we guarantee maximum freshness and quality. Our seafood soup bar features four amazing items daily. We will gladly steam any piece of fish for you!

Our specialty department has it all! Superb cheeses, excellent wines, micro-brewed beers, an olive bar, gourmet chocolates and our own Allegro coffee!

We have it all! Our Whole Body Department offers a vast array of vitamins, supplements, homeopathic remedies, body care products, books, fitness videos, aromatherapy products and much more. Our Whole Body Team members are very knowledgeable and can assist you with any questions.
