Donations

To request a donation for your not-for-profit organization, please print out the form below. After consulting the instruction page, complete the form, attach a copy of your organization's 501c3 letter from the IRS, and return the completed application to your nearest Whole Foods Market store. The Community Relations Director will call you shortly to review your application.

Community Support Days

Each Whole Foods Market store hosts four community support days each year. On each designated Community Support Day, Whole Foods Market gives five percent of the days net sales to a chosen community partner. If your organization is interested in applying for a Community Support Day, please write a proposal using the guidelines below and submit it to your nearest Whole Foods Market store.

One Dime at a Time

Whole Foods Market gives ten cents per bag to customers who re-use shopping bags when they purchase groceries. Customers have the choice to accept the cash refund, or donate the cash back to the store's chosen One Dime at a Time not-for-profit organization. If you would like your not-for-profit organization to be considered for this program, please print out and complete the form below, attach a copy of your 501c3 letter form the IRS, and return it to your nearest Whole Foods Market store.

Now through January 17, 2010,, One Dime at a Time will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Scrip Program

Our scrip program provides a means for schools and not-for-profit organizations to raise funds. The program permits organizations to purchase gift cards from us at five percent less than face value. Those same gift cards can then to re-sold at full face value resulting in a five percent gain for the not-for-profit. To participate in this program, please contact the store's marketing director at (734) 997-7500.
