While pasties have a presence in Northern Michigan, their roots lie in the south of England. Join Angie for an exploration of the history of pasties as well as a how-to demonstration. She's feature a variety of fillings including the traditional beef and potatoes, as well updated recipes including vegetable pasties and chicken with bacon. Recycle Ann Arbor is our store's current One Dime at a Time recipient. Customers can choose to donate ten cents per reused grocery bag to Recycle Ann Arbor through March, 2010.
