We'll be all fancied up and showcasing our most exciting holiday fare. Need ideas for holiday parties and dinners? We're here to help! Listen to the tunes of a local jazz band and enjoy our holiday favorites! We'll be dressed to the nines, but you can come grocery store casual.

• Saturday, December 5th

  Introduction to Eating Gluten-Free!

  10am-11am free-registration is necessary

  Join the president of the American Celiac Support Group, Linda Monahan and learn the basics of eating a gluten free diet. Were you recently diagnosed with celiac disease and are looking for help? Call 942-7660 and reserve your spot in this free class! Sample gluten free foods and learn tips and tricks for shopping and eating gluten free foods. Space is limited-please reserver your spot early! After the talk, visit Diana in the Bakery Department and try some of our gluten free items!

  Take a break from your holiday shopping and join Liz to try some of her favorites for the holiday season.

• December 7th

  Blood Drive for the Rhode Island Blood Center

  Today we're hosting the Rhode Island Blood Center for a blood drive. They will be in our parking lot with their mobile van. To make an appointment online, go to www.ribc.org or call 800-283-8385.

  For every blood donation today, Whole Foods Market will donate a bag of food to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank in the donor's name!

  Holiday Wreath Class

  6:30pm 25.00

   Dress up your front door with festive holiday greens this holiday season. We will create a large holiday wreath using evergreens of varying colors and textures and add finishing touches of fruit, pinecones and seasonal ribbon. Please register by December 5th, 2009

  Cheese and Festive Cocktails with Holly!

  6pm Free--Registration is necessary

  Join Holly and learn how to blend the best of both worlds! Pair some of our favorite cheeses with sparkling festive cocktails. Delight your holiday party guests with cheese plates that are easy to make and offer no fuss gourmet pleasures. Registration is necessary!

  SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN!

  That's right! The big man himself is joining us! Have you been good this year? Stop in and say hi to Santa! Santa's workshop is abuzz but the elves agreed to hold down the fort while he spends a few hours with us! We'll also be sampling Santa's favorite treats around the store! Kids Club members-show your card at the front desk for a special holiday treat! See you there!

  Make Your Own Holiday Centerpiece

  Join us and learn simple, classic ways to create a gorgeous holiday centerpiece. Take home a festive arrangement to adorn your holiday table. Please call ahead to register by December 12th

  Chair Massage at Whole Foods Market

  Now you can recharge your spirit while refilling your fridge! Take a break from grocery shopping and enjoy a chair massage compliments of Massage Envy. Visit with a licensed massage therapist every Tuesday and THursday from 11-2pm Chair massages are performed on a walk-in basis. There is no need for an appointment. If someone is already receiving a massage, please sign in on the sign up sheet.

  Cold and flu season is here and Whole Body is ready to assist you and your immune system in staying healthy. Join Susan in Whole Body for some important advice on boosting your natural immunity.
