Cooking with Fresh Herbs
6:30-8:30pm $25
Join Bill as he takes you on an overview of fresh herbs in cooking. Enjoy the aromas in your marinades, vinaigrette's and sauces. Bill will also show you some of the tricks of the trade and have you cooking like the pros' by the time you leave.
Saturday, November 28th
Basic Knife Skills
2-4pm $15
In this class we will introduce you to the basics in handling, using, sharpening, and proper cutting techniques with a wide variety of different kitchen tools. You are encouraged to bring your own knives, but if you do not own any, we will provide one for you. This class will help you to build confidence in your cutting and also show you some professional tricks for easier home cooking!

Join our very own Catra Corbett for this unique series of classes. Every Wednesday at 6pm you will receive basic knowledge of how to attain your ideal body. Catra will work with each of you to determine your needs and wants. The class will start with a 30 minute workout (if weather permits will be outside) and then a 30minute product knowledge training (to be determined as the class progresses. Please join us for this unique opportunity to get fit for free. Remember to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Other needs will be given after the first meeting.
