    No wheat, No dairy, No problem Thanksgiving!

    6:30-8:30pm $30

    Get ready for Thanksgiving with No Wheat No Dairy and No Refined Sugar .Taught by Chef Lauren Hoover who is allergic to wheat and dairy herself.     Join Bill as he takes you on an overview of fresh herbs in cooking. Enjoy the aromas in your marinades, vinaigrette's and sauces. Bill will also show you some of the tricks of the trade and have you cooking like the pros' by the time you leave.

    Basic Knife Skills

    2-4pm $15

    In this class we will introduce you to the basics in handling, using, sharpening, and proper cutting techniques with a wide variety of different kitchen tools. You are encouraged to bring your own knives, but if you do not own any, we will provide one for you. This class will help you to build confidence in your cutting and also show you some professional tricks for easier home cooking!
