    The 2nd Wednesday of each month we'll be hosting a Gluten Free tour to help our customers with their gluten-free shopping needs.  Join our Healthy Eating Educator and your fellow shoppers to learn more about the different products available.  You'll also get a chance to sample some of our gluten-free foods and take home a goody bag!     Get fit & Healthy With Catra & Amy

    6pm Free

     

    Every Tuesday at 6 pm you will receive basic information on how to attain your ideal body and

    reach your best health.  First, Catra, a Whole Body Team Member and ultra-marathoner, will start with a 45 minute workout (which if weather permits will be outside).  Next, Amy, the Healthy Eating Educator for the store, will do a 45 minute training on a healthy eating topic in the Culinary Center.  Please join us for this unique opportunity to get fit and healthy for free!

    Remember to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.  Other needs will be given at the first meeting.  If you have any other questions, please speak to Catra or Amy.

    Join our very own Catra Corbett for this unique series of classes. Every Wednesday at 6pm you will receive basic instruction on how to attain your ideal body. Catra will work with each of you to determine your needs and wants. The class will start with a 30 minute workout (outside if weather permits) and then a 30 minute product knowledge training (to be determined as the class progresses). Please join us for this unique opportunity to get fit for free. Remember to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Other needs will be given after the first meeting.     Join Amy, our Healthy Eating Educator, for weekly Healthy Eating Basic Training classes to learn more about Whole Foods Market's new Healthy Eating program and the health benefits of certain foods.  On the 1st, she'll be demonstrating how to cook with nuts and seeds
