  Celebrate Black History Month with Us!

  Mrs. Abby Fisher published the first cookbook ever published by an African-American in 1861.  This book is filled with great recipes with directions that say things like "one tea cup of flour" or "three eggshells of water."  It is a rich anthropological example of cooking in the south.  We celebrate Mrs. Abby Fisher and her book, "What Mrs. Fisher Knows About Southern Cooking."  Joinus at the demo spot.

  6:00 PM (2/3) and 11:00 AM (2/17) FREE

  If good health is a new value, then this tour is for you!  We will not only discuss the value of shopping at Whole Foods Market in Devon, but we will also discuss the health value of many of the foods with a focus on greens, grains, and more.  Bring a friend.  Please pre-register by emailing charlene.nolan@wholefoods.com.  Goodies bag to each participant.

  Tailgating/Grilling (Ah, we love football!)

  Due to the freezing temperatures, we will not be grilling outdoors today.  We will, however, have some great samples for you to try inside the store where it is roasty-toasty warm!  Pickup some shrimp, cheese, and fixings to make your party even more fun!

  Chocolate Fest

  We're thinking outside the chocolate bar here and will have some great beverages, desserts, and of course, candy.  We'll also be serving "Chicken Mole" and provide you with a recipe!  By the way, take a look at our "end cap" of fine Lake Champlain Chocolates and make sure you visit the bakery.

  Our friends from "My House Cookies" will be here with some heart-shaped brownies.
