Community Giving
At Whole Foods Market Gateway, we are active participants in our community. We are extremely proud of our community involvement and the relationships that we continue to make each month! We strive to make a difference.
Our Community 5% Days are one meaningful way we give back to our community. On designated days throughout the year a total of 5% of the day's net sales are donated to local non-profit organizations. Customers help support our selected organizations just by shopping on these 5% Days.
Local organizations that have benefited from our 5% days include KLRU (public television), KUT( public radio), SOS (Save Our Springs), SPCA, and the Austin Children's Shelter, to name but a few.
Community Service
Gateway employees have donated time and energy to many community projects like the Shoal Creek Clean-up, Race for the Cure, Habitat for Humanity, Coats for Kids, March of Dimes, and the National Wildflower Center, Hill Country Ride for Aids, Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, Family Eldercare, and many more.

Samples in every Dept. for you to taste and gear up for your own Holiday Event!
Fall means Sweet Potatoes and we have them prepared in several different dishes like Sweet Potato Sausage, Smoke House Baked Sweet Potato, Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Cranberries, Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallows and Brown Sugar and Specialty Dips with Sweet Potato Chips.
It will be fun and an inspiration to all! Ask a Team Member for assistance. See you there!
