  Summer Wine Dinner

  6-8pm $20

  Join Darrel, our very own wine specialist, for this amazing four course meal!  We will be pairing his top picks for summer with a variety of dishes created by our chefs.  This dinner will definitely tickle your tastebuds and indulge your senses.  You'll be sure to find that perfect summer wine to sip by the pool!

  Menu:

   1^st Course:  Aloha Fruit Sushi Roll w/ Peanut Sauce Paired w/ Presto Prosecco

  2^nd Course:  Picante Caldo Gallego Paired w/ Biokult Gruner Veltliner

  3^rd Course:  Trento Style Mussel w/ Grilled Ciabatta and Shaved Pecorino Paired w/ V-Solo Verdejo

  Join us in our Centre Grill as we welcome Chef Geno Bernardo, executive chef of Nove Italiano at the Palms!  He will be here cooking up one of his favorite dishes, Crudo with Salsa Verde, for you to try!  Don't miss your chance to stop by and say hi to this amazing chef!

  5% Day - Lied Discovery Children's Museum

  All Day

  Shop with us on Wednesday, July 1st for our 5% Day that will benefit the Lied Discovery Children's Museum!  The museum features hands-on exhibits in the arts, sciences, nature, music and humanities; a Traveling Exhibition Gallery; an Early Childhood Pavilion and an eight-story Science Tower in 22,000 square feet of exhibit space.  The mission of Lied Discovery Children's Museum is to provide a vibrant and engaging environment, through exhibits and programs, where children and families from economically and culturally diverse backgrounds actively participate in playful learning environments!  Museum representatives will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to answer questions and provide more information about new exhibits, such as Grossology: The (Impolite) Science of the Human Body, on display through Sept. 7.  We'll see you there!

  We are having an amazing sale on our all natural hot dogs July 2nd-5th, and we want you to try 'em before you buy 'em!  All packs of hot dogs will be 50% off and we will be grilling them up for you to try along with some other BBQ favorites.  This is an amazing deal for all of your 4th of July cookouts, so stop on by and stock up on these all natural hot dogs!

  Sierra Nevada Beer Tasting and Dinner

  Join us for a southern style feast highlighting Sierra Nevada beer!  We are offering a 5 course meal, pairing a different Sierra Nevada with each course.  Our beer specialist and our head chef have created a wonderful meal for you to enjoy.  All you have to do is sit back and enjoy!

  Menu:

  1^st course - iceberg wedge salad with blue cheese and candied pecans

  2^nd course - Charleston style Frogmore stew with shrimp, clams, potatoes, corn, and smoked sausage

  3^rd course - southern lasagna with layered macaroni and cheese, pulled pork, and fried onions topped with crispy spinach

  4^th course - fried chicken with bacon waffles

  5^th course - banana bread pudding with caramel sauce

  5 X 7 Wine and Beer Tasting

  6-8pm $7

  Join us after a hard day's work for some drinks and appetizers!  Here's how it works: you pay $7 and get 5 drink tickets in return.  Then you will head to our Centre Grill where we will have a combination of 5 different beers and wine for you to try along with a small appetizer pairing.  1 ticket = 1 drink!  Super simple!  Try some new eats and meet some new friends!
